We would like to take this opportunity to thank Helen O’Brien, our Admin Manager, who is leaving the business after a valued and successful 18 months with us.

Helen first joined the team in August 2024 as Office Admin, providing maternity cover. From the outset, she quickly became an integral part of the RGM Office, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

In recognition of her hard work and the impact she made, Helen was promoted to Admin Manager in July 2025 on a permanent contract, a testament to her dedication and the high standards she consistently delivered.

During her time with us, Helen played a key role in supporting the smooth running of our Warmer Homes Contract within the administration department. Her organisation, leadership, and commitment ensured that processes ran efficiently, and her contribution has been greatly appreciated across the team.

Helen has been a fantastic colleague and a valued member of the business. She will be greatly missed both professionally and personally.

We would like to thank Helen for all of her efforts and wish her every success in the future.
