Graeme Robertson – Director – Graeme is a highly experienced estimator and contracts manager who has worked extensively within the construction industry. Before that, his background involved business development and he previously worked for British Gas for many years. With RGM Heating Ltd, Graeme is responsible for the running of the RGM office which involves the day to day operations, estimating and running the service and repairs department.
Alasdair Graham – Director – Alasdair is an experienced Surveyor and Business Development Manager and has worked with companies such as British Gas as well as owning his own Solar Panel Installation Company. Alasdair’s technical knowledge and friendly, honest approach to surveys is a big factor in the success of RGM Heating Ltd, putting all customers at ease and working together with the customer to find the best heating solution for them.
Lucy – Office Supervisor – Lucy a local from Rosyth, started with RGM Heating Ltd as part of the government’s Kickstarter scheme and has successfully earned her a full time position with RGM. She is the friendly and helpful voice that you will hear when calling the office and her main duties include dealing with customers, booking in jobs, placing orders and all relevant admin that comes with the role.
Lauren is our Office Manager and plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure customers receive a positive and professional experience from start to finish.
She enjoys taking on new challenges and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating efficient processes that help both the team and customers alike.
Before joining RGM Heating in January 2026, Lauren spent seven years working for an electrical company, progressing from Administrator to General Manager. Looking for a fresh challenge, she made the move into the plumbing and heating industry and has embraced learning the trade and adapting her experience to a new sector.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys working on her garden, socialising with friends, and attending live music gigs.
Our longest-serving engineer, Billy, is a staple in the RGM family. He is our go-to when it comes to smart controls and is always available when the office team needs to pick his brain.
You will have to be fast to keep up with Billy, though, as he is always going for a run.
Grant is one of our Gas Engineers and enjoys the challenge of problem solving, particularly when it comes to diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and finding the best possible way to complete a job.
His strengths lie in boiler pipework installations, where his experience and attention to detail help ensure high-quality workmanship every time.
Originally from Glasgow, Grant relocated to Dunfermline before joining RGM and trained as a plumber and gas engineer straight from school, giving him years of hands-on industry experience built from the ground up.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his partner and their son, as well as running, hill walking, and socialising with friends.
Stuart is currently completing his apprenticeship with RGM. In his spare time Stuart enjoys gaming.
Kev heads up our insulation team, and he won’t thank us for it, but he can do it all (or at least give it a good bash)! If you have any insulation work being completed by RGM, Kev will be there with a cheery smile.
Kev enjoys nothing more than a relaxing night with a glass of wine (or two), but with a young family and a baby on the way, these nights are few and far between, so go easy on him.
Kyle joined us in March 2025 as contracts manager, bringing over 20 years of experience working on the tools. He has quickly taken to his role and is always willing to jump in and help, proving that once an engineer, always an engineer.
Kyle enjoys his coffee and running to keep himself fit. Recently, a new father, Kyle will enjoy more coffee. There won’t be much time for running, but he’s sure that carrying around his new born will keep him just as fit!
Another returning engineer, Rhys, brings his knowledge of renewable heat sources to the team.
We mainly use Rhys for his height and length of arms, often forgoing the ladders when he is on the job.
Proving his worth when he came to us as a placement on his gas course, Ian splits his time between the gas and the insulation team. He’s a favourite with customers for his gentlemanly manners.
A budding gardener, in his spare time, Ian likes to grow his own vegetables!
Becca joins us a Junior Office Admin. This is Becca’s first job after leaving school.
The youngest member of the team, born in 2006! Becca is Helen 2.0 with her obsession for administration and filing, which Helen is delighted with.
During her spare time Becca enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends and much much loved dog Alfie.
A busy mum of two, most often found on the sidelines of my son’s football games or supporting my daughter at cheerleading. I love catching up with family and friends, preferably with a glass of fizz in hand.
David is our newest member of the team here at RGM, helping with the insulation team. After a successful trial period, we were delighted to bring David on board.
In his spare time David enjoys watching football, going to the gym, and walking his dog Patch!
David has lost four stone since working with us stop insulation is a tough job, but David is more than a match for it!
Henry is one of our Gas Engineers and takes on Roofing tasks, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience, adaptability, and a friendly approach to every job. He enjoys helping customers stay warm and comfortable while building genuine connections through honest, down-to-earth service.
Henry’s expertise includes installations, vertical flues, and tackling a wide range of roofing work with confidence and precision.
Before joining the team, he spent five years in roofing, completing his apprenticeship and earning Apprentice of the Year while gaining experience in slating, tiling, roughcasting, flat roofs, lead work, and guttering.
In 2011, Henry joined the Army, serving for 14 years and reaching the rank of Sergeant, with opportunities to work alongside military teams across the world before being medically discharged.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, fly fishing, and going to live music gigs.
