Graeme Robertson, Director, brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning technical estimating, sales management, and contract management. He’s passionate about creating a business that people can truly trust – taking real pride in ensuring every customer feels confident, happy, and eager to recommend the company to friends and family.
Known for his approachable leadership style and knack for bringing out the best in his team, Graeme keeps things running smoothly with a healthy dose of humour. Outside of work, he loves spending quality time with his family and making sure his kids are always smiling and having fun!
Ali, one of our Director’s, is rarely happier than when he’s out and about chatting to people and making customers smile! He’s big on building genuine relationships and takes real pride in making sure every customer feels listened to, looked after, and leaves with everything they need.
With a background in sales, time working at British Gas, and even running his own solar company, Alasdair brings plenty of industry experience – and just as importantly, plenty of stories.
Outside of work, life revolves around family time with his kids, and when he gets five minutes to himself, you’ll usually find him following Raith Rovers and convincing himself “this season’s the one.”
Lucy – Office Supervisor – Lucy a local from Rosyth, started with RGM Heating Ltd as part of the government’s Kickstarter scheme and has successfully earned her a full time position with RGM. She is the friendly and helpful voice that you will hear when calling the office and her main duties include dealing with customers, booking in jobs, placing orders and all relevant admin that comes with the role.
Lauren is our Office Manager and plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure customers receive a positive and professional experience from start to finish.
She enjoys taking on new challenges and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating efficient processes that help both the team and customers alike.
Before joining RGM Heating in January 2026, Lauren spent seven years working for an electrical company, progressing from Administrator to General Manager. Looking for a fresh challenge, she made the move into the plumbing and heating industry and has embraced learning the trade and adapting her experience to a new sector.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys working on her garden, socialising with friends, and attending live music gigs.
Billy is RGM’s longest-serving employee and a valued member of our team, bringing years of hands-on experience in plumbing and heating.
As one of our Gas Engineers, he enjoys the variety that each day brings and values the flexibility of working at RGM, where no two jobs are ever the same. Billy is particularly known for his expertise in Hive installations and is highly skilled across all aspects of plumbing and heating. With a strong background in the gas industry, he has built his knowledge through years of practical experience, developing the technical skills and problem-solving ability needed to deliver reliable, high-quality work for our customers.
Outside of work, Billy enjoys discovering great places to eat and keeping active through long-distance running and spending time with his family.
Grant is one of our Gas Engineers and enjoys the challenge of problem solving, particularly when it comes to diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and finding the best possible way to complete a job.
His strengths lie in boiler pipework installations, where his experience and attention to detail help ensure high-quality workmanship every time.
Originally from Glasgow, Grant relocated to Dunfermline before joining RGM and trained as a plumber and gas engineer straight from school, giving him years of hands-on industry experience built from the ground up.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his partner and their son, as well as running, hill walking, and socialising with friends.
Bryan joined RGM in 2025 as a Gas Engineer, bringing with him many years of experience gained while working for a range of plumbing and heating companies. He enjoys helping customers improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes and takes pride in delivering a professional, high-quality service on every job.
Bryan’s expertise lies in heating system and boiler installations, where his efficient approach and attention to detail ensure every installation is completed to the highest standard. His wealth of industry knowledge and commitment to quality make him a valued member of the RGM team.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending his free time on the golf course whenever he gets the chance.
Stewart is our Apprentice Gas Engineer and is enjoying building his skills in the trade while learning and working with the variety of experienced colleagues. He values the opportunity to work with different people every day and is steadily developing his confidence and knowledge on the job.
Stewart’s strengths lie in being organised, strong prep-work, and growing his pipework skills as he gains hands-on experience across the industry.
He joined the team straight from school as an apprentice, following his passion for working in the trades and building a long-term career in the field.
Outside of work, Stewart is passionate about music – he enjoys going to live gigs, playing a variety of instruments, and spending time socialising with his friends.
Kev is our Insulation Team Lead and brings a great mix of skill, experience, and adaptability to every project. He enjoys the variety of the role, with no two jobs ever being the same, and takes pride in doing a bit of everything across all areas of insulation work.
Kev is highly multi-skilled and confident working across the full range of insulation tasks, ensuring each job is completed to a high standard.
Before joining RGM Heating, he worked in tiling and fitted bathrooms, giving him a strong background in practical, hands-on trades.
Outside of work, Kev spends most of his time looking after his kids, so family life keeps him busy and leaves little time for much else – which he wouldn’t have it any other way!
Kyle is one of RGM’s most experienced Gas Engineers and takes great pride in making a positive difference to customers’ lives through our Warmer Homes contract.
He enjoys delivering high-quality work and helping customers benefit from reliable, energy-efficient heating systems. Specialising in boiler and heating installations, as well as heating controls, Kyle brings a wealth of practical knowledge and attention to detail to every job. Having built his experience across the plumbing and heating industry, Kyle also spent time working with other companies before joining RGM March 2025, and became a valued member of the team!
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and making memories with his young children.
Rhys is one of our Gas Engineers and takes real pride in delivering a high standard of work while making sure every customer receives a friendly, reliable service.
His main area of expertise is boiler installations, where his attention to detail and hardworking approach help ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
Before training to become a gas engineer, Rhys worked at Screwfix for four years, building strong product knowledge and customer service experience that still benefits his work today.
Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending quality time being a proud and devoted dad.
Ian is one of RGM’s Gas Engineers and recently qualified after making a successful career change into the industry. Following his training, he completed a placement with RGM before joining the team permanently, where he has quickly hit the ground running.
Ian has also recently qualified as an EPC Assessor, further expanding his knowledge and expertise. He enjoys meeting a wide range of customers, learning something new every day, and being part of a supportive team.
Ian’s strengths lie in servicing gas appliances and building great relationships with customers through his friendly, approachable manner.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time gardening and making the most of holidays with family and friends.
Becca is one of our Administrators and enjoys being part of a strong, supportive team while helping customers with their requests and keeping busy schedules and diaries organised.
Friendly, approachable, and dedicated, Becca is especially skilled in accounts administration and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
She joined the company straight from school and initially went on to study business at university before deciding she wanted to begin building her career. Becca then completed a Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration with the team and has continued to grow her experience ever since.
Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with friends, going out for meals, and spending quality time with her family.
Rachael is our Administration Supervisor and is passionate about helping customers in need through the Warmer Homes contract, ensuring they feel supported and looked after every step of the way. Known for her attention to detail, excellent customer service, and strong people skills, Rachael plays an essential role in keeping everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Before joining RGM, she worked for many years at a car sales garage before deciding on a career change and bringing her experience and customer-focused approach to the team. Outside of work, Rachael is a dedicated cheer mum and soccer mum, and takes great pride in getting her washing out on the line whenever the weather allows!
Shug is one of our Gas Engineers and takes pride in working as part of a team while consistently delivering high-quality workmanship. He enjoys installing boilers and carrying out general plumbing work, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.
Shug has been involved in plumbing since he was a teenager, building up years of hands-on experience, and also spent two years living and working in Australia, adding to his broad industry background.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running and golfing with friends, and playing the drums from time to time.
David is one of RGM’s dedicated Insulation Installers, working alongside our Insulation Manager, Kev, to help improve the energy efficiency of homes across the region.
He enjoys keeping busy, working hard, and being part of a team that delivers high-quality results for customers. Known for his strong work ethic and ability to confidently navigate small and challenging spaces, David plays an important role in ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard. With a practical background in insulation and hands-on experience working in a range of properties, he has developed the skills needed to carry out installations safely and efficiently.
Outside of work, David enjoys relaxing and spending time looking after his dog.
Trevor is our Gas Manager and brings a calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring approach to every project.
He enjoys helping customers understand the work being carried out and making sure they feel confident and at ease throughout the process. With extensive industry knowledge and strong people skills, Trevor is experienced across boiler and heating systems as well as renewable technologies, including heat pumps. His approachable nature and wealth of experience make him a trusted point of contact for both customers and the team.
Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family and keeping active through various sports.
Henry is one of our Gas Engineers and takes on Roofing tasks, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience, adaptability, and a friendly approach to every job. He enjoys helping customers stay warm and comfortable while building genuine connections through honest, down-to-earth service.
Henry’s expertise includes installations, vertical flues, and tackling a wide range of roofing work with confidence and precision.
Before joining the team, he spent five years in roofing, completing his apprenticeship and earning Apprentice of the Year while gaining experience in slating, tiling, roughcasting, flat roofs, lead work, and guttering.
In 2011, Henry joined the Army, serving for 14 years and reaching the rank of Sergeant, with opportunities to work alongside military teams across the world before being medically discharged.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, fly fishing, and going to live music gigs.
Derek is RGM’s Head of New Business, helping customers find the best heating and energy efficiency solutions for their homes. He enjoys meeting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations, particularly when he can help them access available funding to reduce the cost of home improvements.
With a strong background in sales, including many years of experience with companies such as Sky, Derek brings excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to every conversation. His ability to build relationships and guide customers through the process makes him a valuable part of the RGM team.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time with his partner and young children, dining out, and socialising with family and friends.
Jack joined RGM as an Apprentice Gas Engineer during the second year of his apprenticeship after his previous employer ceased trading. Since joining the team, he has embraced the opportunity to continue his training alongside our experienced and knowledgeable engineers, developing his skills and working towards completing his qualification.
Jack enjoys learning something new every day and values being part of a supportive team that helps him grow in confidence and experience. As an apprentice, he is building a strong foundation across all aspects of plumbing and heating while developing the practical skills needed for a successful career in the industry.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending his free time with family and friends and making the most of his weekends.
