Stopcock relocation and boiler removal Gas Work
Prompt service and a job well done. I asked for additional work to be done at pretty much the last minute and this was accommodated with no problem.
The plumbers, Rhys and Jim, were cheerful and helpful. They gave options for the various things to be done and accepted my choices. They tidied up after themselves, which is always nice.

I would certainly recommend RGM and if the plumbing work I expect to be needed next year is going ahead I will be asking them to quote for it.

Frozen Pipe
My son had a frozen condensate pipe on his boiler.
The lady who answered the phone told him how to fix it and booked him in for a call out that day in case he couldn’t. He fixed it himself following her instructions and when he called back to cancel the call out she was pleased for him and cancelled the job with absolutely no fuss at all. So good to find a genuine helpful tradesperson. RGM will be our first contact for any future work needed. Thank you.

From initial survey and quotation to the completion of the work (additional loft insulation and flooring) we were delighted with the service we received from RGM Heating Ltd. We had an initial survey of the cold-water tank and connecting overflow pipe in the attic, which was leaking. It was agreed that a full replacement would be necessary.
