Therefore, it is essential for us to arrange for a fully trained surveyor to come out to your property to assess your existing boiler and pipework, recommend a new one and determine the amount of work that is involved. After this assessment we would be in a position to provide you with an accurate quote.
Yes, it is free for you to make an appointment for one of our surveyors to visit your property. Once the surveyor is at your property you can either choose to go ahead with the provided quote or get back to us later.

Our trained surveyors will be able to recommend the most suitable boiler for your home once they have completed the initial survey.

RGM can also help with plumbing work and Interlinked Fire Alarm Installation, radiator installs, pipework, and Full Heating System Power Flushes.
We are fully licensed, insured, and background checked. We are Gas Safe registered (64999) meaning we can legally work with gas. We have public liability insurance and are Which? And Fife Trusted Trader which you acquire through stringent vetting processes.

We follow strict Health and Safety measures during every job by producing risk assessments and we have lone working policies to help our engineers understand the risk they may face. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered.
Due to our close working relationship with the leading boiler manufacturers in the UK, we can offer long manufacturer’s warranties on the boilers we install. RGM offers a 3-month warranty on all the work we carry out.
Yes, we can help with most ‘energy-efficient upgrades’ including Loft and Underfloor Insulation. We are also Trustmark accredited (Trustmark is the UKs only Government Endorsed Quality Scheme. Trustmark registered businesses provide a minimum of 2 years guarantee for all works carried out)
As per our ‘Prices’ page, our initial call-out including up to 60 minutes of labour is £80+VAT and £35+VAT for every 30 minutes thereafter. Boiler services start from £75+VAT.
Having a Carbon Monoxide alarm placed by any gas appliances will alert you of any poisonous gasses that you cannot see or smell. Having these appliances serviced every year will also alert our engineers to any potential gas leaks.

Open your meter and follow the instructions on how to turn the gas off via the isolation valve. Please give us a call if you need advice on how to do this.
