At the beginning of July 2022, RGM Heating Ltd your local gas and heating engineers based in Rosyth Fife, have helped our first individual from Crossgates in Fife with their boiler issues. The gentleman residing at this location were provided with help from the Community Heating Project previously had no heating and hot water and our engineer has successfully diagnosed and repaired this for them, 100% free of charge for the gentleman.

His boiler was leaking from the 3-way valve cover, so our engineer fitted a new 3-way valve overhaul kit and motorised valve head as the leak was leaking onto the head.
The boiler is now working as it should, with no leaks, and the gentleman now has heating and hot water.
The fife man hadn’t had heating or water for 2 years, as after losing his job at the beginning of COVID, couldn’t afford to have it looked at. He was referred to us by Cosy Kingdom and we have managed to put this right for him. All costs will be paid for by The Community Heating Project, from funds that were donated yesterday during our launch day.
