Graeme Robertson – Director – Graeme is a highly experienced estimator and contracts manager who has worked extensively within the construction industry. Before that, his background involved business development and he previously worked for British Gas for many years. With RGM Heating Ltd, Graeme is responsible for the running of the RGM office which involves the day to day operations, estimating and running the service and repairs department.
Alasdair Graham – Director – Alasdair is an experienced Surveyor and Business Development Manager and has worked with companies such as British Gas as well as owning his own Solar Panel Installation Company. Alasdair’s technical knowledge and friendly, honest approach to surveys is a big factor in the success of RGM Heating Ltd, putting all customers at ease and working together with the customer to find the best heating solution for them.
Lucy – Office Supervisor – Lucy a local from Rosyth, started with RGM Heating Ltd as part of the government’s Kickstarter scheme and has successfully earned her a full time position with RGM. She is the friendly and helpful voice that you will hear when calling the office and her main duties include dealing with customers, booking in jobs, placing orders and all relevant admin that comes with the role.
Matty is our sales and marketing guy, often found replying to messages on Facebook and interacting with our customers across our social media platforms. In his spare time, for all his sins, Matty follows his local football team, Dunfermline Athletic.
Don’t let the baby face fool you, Dylan has been a Gas Safe Register Engineer for over 8 years and is highly skilled at his work. Local boy from Cowdenbeath spends his spare time camping and watching his local football team Cowdenbeath F.C. Dylan is a valuable member of our growing team!
Our longest-serving engineer joining us in 2022. He enjoys running and playing golf.
Joined us in 2024 as office administrator so the chances are you would speak to her on the phone! In her spare time Helen enjoys reading and in 2024 alone read over 380 books! She also enjoys board games.
Joined us in 2024 after completing the Gas training course. Adam carries our serving and repairs for RGM. In his spare time Adam likes to keep active going to the gym most weekdays at 5:30am!
Joined us in 2024 and has rapidly become a reliable engineer for servicing, repair, and full heating installations. In his spare time he enjoys playing bowls and golfing.
Graham is our insulation installer! Usually found in lofts or under houses keeping customers warm! In his spare time, Graham is a hard worker who never grumbles, and can get into the most awkward of spaces to help complete the job!
Brian is an Oil and LPG Gas Safe engineer. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the football and fishing.
Stuart is currently completing his apprenticeship with RGM. In his spare time Stuart enjoys gaming.
Heading up our insulation team and also helps out with other non-gas related work. In his spare time Kev enjoys watching the football and spending time with his family.
Joined us in 2025 as an Eco-Tech administrator. He enjoys cycling and going to the football.
